Refund policy

At Verdure, we accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note the following conditions:

• Custom saunas are non-returnable.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging.
• Assembled or used units cannot be returned.
• Refunds are subject to:
  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs
  • A 25% restocking fee
• Refunds will be processed after inspection to confirm all components are included and the product is in good condition.
